New Drag-and-drop Media Uploader
The new WordPress 3.3 has a new drag-and-drop uploader for media files which makes uploading really easy now.
You will also be able to upload rar and 7z archives and do that from only one icon, because WordPress now automatically detects if your file is an mp3, picture or archive.
Hover Menus for the Navigation
The new version saves you space and clicks with the new flyout menus. With the menu redesign, all you have to do now is hover on a section and it will open its subsections.
Once you click on one of the items, all the items of a specific section will be shown. However, if you move on a new one, the old one will be closed.
This way, you will not end up with a rather long left menu, especially if you have lots of plugins installed.

The new toolbar will help you ease the navigation through the interface.
You will find there easy to follow links to WordPress Documentation, Help, Support Forums, but also links to your website and adding a new post, page, media or user.
