There are cases when you will want to have the comments list below the form.
This way, it’ll more easy for a visitor to find the form.
In order to do this using the Genesis framework from StudioPress add the code below in Appearance > Editor > functions.php
If you use Prose, then you can use the Custom Functions input from Genesis > Custom Code.
